Orange announced changes of public offer on public mobile communication services (general terms and conditions), acting as integral part of your Subscription Agreement, which entered into force on November 4, 2011 and is applicable to all new subscribers.

Current tariff plans, service offers and price lists stay in force.

Upon taking effect new general terms and condtions are replacing the public offer on public mobile communication services (general terms and conditions) announced previously by Orange; as well as all the subscription agreements shall be amended based on new general terms and conditions.

New General terms and conditions are not applicable to the customers having ongoing commitment to stay an Orange subscriber (e.g. mobile internet or monthly subscription subscriber with 12 or 24 months commitment) before entering into force. Previously announced general terms and conditions and executed subscription agreements shall apply for these customers. New general terms and conditions shall automatically be applied to the customers upon termination of the commitment and the subscription agreement conditions shall be amended by new general terms and conditions.
