Orange Business
Service description
Orange Business is a postpaid service for which one main account is separated for the subscriber and per each line - one corporate and one individual sub-account. Credit limit of negative balance is set for the main account, which, as per wish of the subscriber is distributed per each corporate sub-account of the lines, so that the total credit limits of negative balances, set for all line users, does not exceed the credit limit of the negative balance of the main account. Credit limit of the negative balance is the maximum debt that the subscriber may owe Orange and is set by Orange, considering the quantity of lines, claimed by the subscriber. Credit limit of the negative balance can be changed as per the subscriber’s application, as set forth by Orange. Credit limit of the negative balance is set forth in the Subscription Agreement. Monthly fee is paid per each line, separated under the main account, and cannot be used to benefit from Orange services. The subscriber may exercise control over corporate sub-account of each line, by choosing one of the cost control types, set forth by Orange. Cost control type is set as per each line.
A. Cost control type 1:During the month, after exhausting the credit limit of the negative balance, set for the corporate sub-account, the line user cannot benefit from Orange outgoing services. However, in case of having a positive balance on the individual sub-account (if service is in active period), the line user shall have the right to benefit from all Orange services to the extent of that positive balance. Orange Business subscriber pays only for the costs, made from corporate sub-account.
B. Cost control type 2:Credit limit of the negative balance, set for the corporate sub-account of the line user, is for informational purposes, according to which the line user is informed that he/she has exhausted his/her cost control limit, but can continue benefiting from Orange services. In any case, all line users together cannot exceed the credit limit of the negative balance, set for the subscriber’s main account. The subscriber pays only for the costs, made from the corporate sub-account, moreover, also for the costs, exceeding the credit limit of the negative balance, set for the corporate sub-account. Thus, in case of choosing this cost control type, the subscriber is responsible for all debts, accumulated on the corporate sub-account, regardless of the fact, whether the debt has been accumulated within the limits of or by exceeding cost control limit. The line user shall have the right, within the limits of the positive balance of the individual sub-account (if the service is in active period) benefit from those Orange services, which are not accessible from corporate sub-account, and from all Orange services, in case of reaching the credit limit of the negative balance of the main account.
C. Cost control type 3:No cost control limit is fixed for the corporate sub-account. In any case, all line users together cannot exceed the credit limit of the negative balance, set for the subscriber’s main account. The subscriber pays only for the costs, made from the corporate sub-account. The line user shall have the right, within the limits of the positive balance of the individual sub-account (if the service is in the active period) benefit from those Orange services, which are not accessible from corporate sub-account, and from all Orange services, in case of reaching the credit limit of the negative balance of the main account.

Orange Business service activates when the first call is performed. The service for the subscriber is active till the 20th day of the following month. In the active period the subscriber may receive and make calls to any direction, send and receive SMSs and MMSs, use GPRS and other services, as well as use the credit limit of the negative balance. In case no payment is made until the due date (the 20th day of each month), starts the passive (inactive) period of the service, which lasts till the end of the month, following the current month. In this period Orange Business service subscriber may only receive calls, SMSs and MMSs and make calls only to free emergency numbers. In this period line users cannot benefit from outgoing services, even if recharging the individual sub-accounts. Positive balance of the individual sub-account is kept and can be used in case of re-activation of the services. In passive period the subscriber can, at any moment, reactivate all services, by simply paying his/her current debt in full (monthly fees and negative balance). In passive period monthly fee shall be charged. If before expiry of the passive period the subscriber does not pay the accumulated debts, the service is suspended (deactivated) for one-month period. Due to suspension of the service the subscriber is not exonerated from the liability of paying monthly fees for previous months and other accumulated debts. Line users cannot use the services, even after recharging the individual sub-account. However, the positive balance of the individual sub-account is kept and can be used in case of service reactivation. In the suspension period the subscriber can still reactivate all services, by simply paying non-paid monthly fees, current negative balance, as well as late payment penalties. Suspension of Orange Business services relates to all subscribed lines, regardless of the cost control type and activated corporate service package or the balance of individual sub-account. If before expiry of the suspension period the debt is not paid fully by the subscriber, the Subscription Agreement can be terminated unilaterally by Orange, without additional notice thereon to the subscriber, and assign the line of the subscriber to other subscriber. In this case service reactivation is made on general basis, through signing a new Subscription Agreement.
