The tariff plan change will come into effect as of the very 1st day of the upcoming month, though the credit limitation (possibility to go below the regular monthly payment) will come into effect immediately for the newly chosen tariff plan.

If you have acquired a best price phone with one of Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions and still haven’t complied with the obligations, then in case you wish to change the tariff plan into less expensive one, you’ll be required to pay all outstanding debts and fines prescribed by your agreement.

You can benefit from best price handsets offer when migrating from your current tariff plan to one of Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions only from the 1st day of the coming month. In case of migration from one Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans into another the included minutes, amount, SMS and MB are never transferred.

Migration from Orange Every Month 4000, 6000, 10000 tariff plans to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans

If you are an Orange Every Month 4000, 6000, 10000 tariff plans subscriber and wish to become an Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans subscriber, you need to visit any Orange shop, sign the corresponding request/agreement form and pay the outstanding debts if some.

In case of migration to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly, the change will come into effect as of the very 1st day of the upcoming month, but the credit limit will be applicable from the day of signing the new agreement.

If you do not have any outstanding debts, and there is a credit on your account balance left from recharge (apart from the monthly fee) the latter will be fully transferred to your balance to be spent for any Orange service you’d like to use. Please, note that this is not applicable to the monthly fee you haven’t managed to spend completely.

When migrating you preserve the accumulated bonus points, positive balance, automatically activated offers, your Favorite Number as well as active services’ bundles, which are applicable to Orange Dolphin, Panther and Butterfly as well.

After the migration from Orange Every Month 4000, 6000 and 10000 to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly you cannot do the back migration to Orange Every Month 4000, 6000 and 10000.

Migration from Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly to Orange Business.

If you wish to become an Orange Business subscriber, you need to terminate the Orange Dolphin, Panther, Butterfly contract and then agree with Business package responsible upon integration into the package or sign a new subscription agreement for Orange Business Service. You will need to pay all outstanding debts to be able to migrate.

When migrating to Orange Business service from Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly the entire credit remaining on your Every Month previous account (apart from the regular monthly fee) will be transferred to your Business personal sub-account. The remaining unused monthly fee is not transferred to your account. In case of migrating from Orange Butterfly, the unused monthly fee is never transferred to your account.

All accumulated bonus points, active services’ bundles, automatically activated offers and Favorite Number are deactivated.

It is noteworthy that migration process from Orange Every Month to Orange Business may cause a temporary inactivity of your SIM-card (1 working day).

Migration from Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly to Orange Let’s Talk.

If you are an Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans subscriber and wish to become an Orange Let’s Talk service subscriber, you need to visit any Orange shop, sign the corresponding request/agreement form and pay the outstanding debts if some. If you have acquired a best price phone with one of Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions and still haven’t complied with the obligations, then in case you wish to change the tariff plan into less expensive one, you’ll be required to pay all outstanding debts and fines prescribed by your agreement. In case of migration to Orange Let’s Talk, the change will come into effect as of the very 1st day of the upcoming month.

Migration from Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly to Orange Lion.

If you are an Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans subscriber and wish to subscribe to Orange Lion, you need to visit any Orange shop, sign the corresponding request/agreement form and pay the outstanding debts if some. In case of migration to Orange Lion, the change will come into effect as of the very 1st day of the upcoming month.
If you do not have any outstanding debts, and there is a credit on your account balance left from recharge (apart from the monthly fee) the latter will be fully transferred to your balance to be spent for any Orange service you’d like to use. In case of migration from Orange Butterfly to Orange Lion the remaining monthly fee will not be transferred to your account.

  • You need to pay for both your monthly fee and outstanding negative balance up to every month’s 20th day. The monthly fee is subject for payment even if you haven’t used the service, for example, when you’ve been out of the country. If you have done enough prepayment before the payment date and it covers your monthly fee or more, then fee and negative balance for the current month are charged from the prepayment.

    You can continue using Orange services by just recharging your account, when you’ve exhausted the monthly fee and credit limit amounts. If you have not consumed the whole recharged amount, your current debts can be automatically offset in the end of the month, when recharging has been made, without any prior notification. If you have not exhausted your monthly fee, the unused part of the monthly fee will be transferred to the following month, but it cannot exceed double amount of your monthly fee.

    You will be requested to pay the monthly fee for Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscription, even if you have not used the service, for example, if you were abroad. You are considered to be an Orange subscriber until you terminate your Subscription Agreement.

    If you are a Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly subscriber with several lines, by the 20th of each month you will be requested to pay the monthly fees for all the lines and the negative balance for the previous month (if any). Should you fail to pay the common bill in full by mentioned deadline, all lines will be temporarily deactivated. All activated lines have the same credit limit, which can be less for all the lines you have upon your request. In this case if one of your lines consumed the limit all the other lines will temporarily deactivate.

Your Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscription is considered to be activated from the moment you do the prepayment of the monthly fee according to your tariff plan. If you have acquired a best price phone with one of Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions apart from the monthly fee you will need to fulfill the handset payment obligations, prescribed by your agreement. The service will be active until the 20th day of the upcoming month. In active period you can make and receive calls to/from any directions, send and receive SMSs and MMSs, use GPRS (mobile Internet) and other services.

There are services requiring additional credit apart from the monthly fee (SMS Bundles’ activation, Orange World Bundles’ activation, Minutes Bundles’ activation, My Orange services, Orange chat, Orange World (mobile portal) premium content purchase. In case you do not have that money on your account, it will be considered as a negative balance you can afford having according to the credit limit of your particular tariff plan. In case you have that additional amount on your account, the payment will be deducted from it and you will still have the possibility to talk within credit limit. 

The possibility to use the credit limit is available during an active period and until 20th of the following month. At the beginning of each month you will have possibility to use the entire credit limit separately for active period and the following month. Each tariff plane has it's corresponding credit limit. 

If you haven’t paid the outstanding debt by the deadline (20th of every month), the service turns into passive period. The passive period lasts until the end of the upcoming month. In that period you can only receive calls, SMSs and MMSs and call the first aid free numbers. It’s noteworthy that the accumulated bonus points, active service bundles, automatically activated offers are preserved in passive period, but you cannot use them.

You can re-activate all services in passive period by simply paying the outstanding debts for the previous months as well as the current month. Then you will have the possibility to use the accumulated monthly fees, bonus points, service bundles and automatically activated offers, if their validities haven’t expired.

The monthly fee is subject to payment in passive period. Should you fail to pay the outstanding debts by the end of passive period, your subscription will be deactivated for 1 month, during which you can still activate all the services by simply paying the outstanding debts and late payment charges. In that period all bonus points are deactivated. You’ll have the possibility to use all accumulated monthly fees upon re-activation.

Should you fail to pay the outstanding debts until the service suspension, your bonus points and accumulated monthly fees will be annulled, and your agreement will be unilaterally terminated by Orange without prior notification to you. Your number will be provided to other subscriber and in this case the activation of the service is performed on general basis.

You can choose Orange Lion postpaid monthly subscription tariff plan upon signing the subscription agreement in any Orange shop. Please, note that the monthly fee for the very first month is calculated only for the days, you’ve been an Orange Lion subscriber. If you choose Orange Lion 2500 tariff plan, for the very first month you get the minutes included in this tariff plan in accordance to the days you’ve been an Orange Lion subscriber.

If the main line user of Orange Lion wishes to change the subscription type, then one of group members becomes the main line user and all other phone lines will be attached to it and will benefit from that new main line’s credit limit.

If you are an Orange Lion subscriber and wish to become an Orange Let’s Talk service subscriber, you need to visit any Orange shop, sign the corresponding request/agreement form and pay the outstanding debts if any. Please note, that the monthly fee for that particular month when you change your subscription is calculated and charged only for the days of being an Orange Lion during the current month. The change of subscription will come into effect immediately starting from the day of signing the new agreement. If there is a guarantee deposit not yet transferred to your account balance it will be fully transferred to your Orange Let’s Talk tariff plan balance to be spent for any Orange service you’d like to use.

If you have activated more than 1 numbers under your account, you can make migration of one of your numbers to Orange Let’s Talk in case there is positive balance on your account.

When migrating you preserve the positive balance, automatically activated offers, as well as active services’ bundles, which are applicable to Orange Let’s Talk as well.

migration from Orange Lion to Orange Business

If you wish to become an Orange Business subscriber, you need to terminate your Orange Lion contract and then agree with Business package responsible upon integration into the package or sign a new subscription agreement for Orange Business Service. You will need to pay all outstanding debts to be able to migrate. Please note, that the monthly fee for that particular month when you change your subscription is calculated and charged only for the days of being an Orange Lion during the current month.. When migrating to Orange Business service from Orange Lion the entire credit remaining on your Orange Lion previous account as well as the unused guarantee deposit will be transferred to your Business personal sub-account. All active services’ bundles, automatically activated offers are deactivated.

It is noteworthy that migration process from Orange Lion to Orange Business may cause a temporary inactivity of your SIM-card (1 working day).

migration from Orange Lion to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly

If you are an Orange Lion subscriber and wish to become an Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly subscriber, you should visit any Orange shop, sign a request form, pay the outstanding debts and have a credit on your account equal to 1 month subscription of one of the Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plans you want to migrate to. E.g., if you want to migrate to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly 4000 AMD tariff plan, you need to have minimum 4000 AMD on your balance. Please note, that Orange Lion monthly fee for that particular month when you change your subscription is calculated and charged only for the days of being an Orange Lion during the current month. The change is entering into force from the moment of signing the new agreement. If there is a guarantee deposit not yet transferred to your account balance it will be fully transferred to your Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly tariff plan balance to be spent for any Orange service you’d like to use.

After migration you will preserve the positive balance, automatically activated offers and activated service’s bundles, which are applicable to Orange Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions and your current tariff plan.

If you haven’t paid the outstanding debt by the end of passive period the service turns into suspension for 1 month, during which you still can pay the outstanding debts, like negative balance, monthly fees, penalty for late payment. You will not be requested to pay the monthly fee of only last month of passive period.

Should you fail to pay the outstanding debts until the service suspension your agreement will be unilaterally terminated by Orange without prior notification to you. Your number will be provided to other subscriber and in this case the activation of the service is performed on general basis.
