General
Prophylactic (maintenance) works, failures
In order to provide high-quality services, from time to time Orange performs network maintenance works.
During these periods, the system will not be registering in real time any service usage made by Orange voice subscribers (either Let’s Talk, Every Month or Business). Therefore Orange Every Month or Business subscribers may exceed their credit limit and Orange Let’s Talk subscribers spend more than the actual amount on their balance. The same may occur to Orange subscribers roaming abroad. In all these cases, the subscribers will not see their balance last updates and will be charged back later for the services used.
In order to avoid Orange Every Month and Business subscribers to receive unanticipated bills for exceeded credit limit and for Orange Let’s Talk subscribers to fall into negative balance, we recommend you to remain aware of your current balance at all times.
Subscribers are also recommended not to use Orange services when they do not have enough positive balance on their account.
Please note , that the responsibility of the full debt payment –when the debt occurred by using Orange services during network maintenance works or network failures, and up to the amount of credit limit or actual balance, shall be borne by You.
Charging during the last session(s)
If you are an Orange Every Month service subscriber with a positive balance (monthly fee or a possibility to go minus) you can make uninterrupted session(s) (call, SMS, GPRS). For your convenience, even when your credit limit is reached, Orange does not interrupt the service provided to you and any credit limit excess will be charged from your account later on.Please note, that full responsibility for the payment of the debts shall be borne by You.
